I was a member of this community a few years ago, although I left after having a 'relapse' during a diet and just didn't feel like starting again. For most of my life, I've been around 240lbs, but in the past two years my weight has gone up quite a bit. In the past year, I've gone from around 255 to being 272lbs now. it's getting to be too much, and I know it needs to come off. I'm 23, my goal weight is to get down to around 220. My self-estme and my artwork has been suffering.
My plan is to cut down on eating excess snacks which has been a major problem, and use the video game Dance Dance Revolution as a way of burning calories.
